Compassionate Indiana family law representation focused on divorce, custody, parenting time, and child support—helping you protect your rights and your family’s future.
Divorce can be one of the most challenging experiences in life, emotionally and financially. Whether your case is uncontested or highly contested, I provide straightforward guidance and strong advocacy to ensure your interests are protected.
If you’re not yet ready for divorce, a legal separation may be an option. Legal separation allows couples to remain married while temporarily addressing custody, parenting time, and financial responsibilities. I can help you evaluate whether this is the right approach for your situation and guide you through the process from start to finish.
Custody and support matters are often the most emotional aspects of any family law case. I help parents develop or modify arrangements that promote stability and protect the best interests of the child. Whether you’re establishing parenting time, modifying an existing order, or enforcing a prior agreement, I’ll ensure your voice is heard and your child’s needs are prioritized.
When a parent is unable to care for their child, or when an adult becomes incapacitated, guardianship provides legal authority to ensure proper care and decision-making. I help families petition for guardianship of minors or adults, navigate the court process, and establish clear responsibilities.
Personalized estate planning in Indiana including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills to protect your family and your future.
Indiana criminal defense attorney providing skilled representation for misdemeanors, minor felonies, traffic offenses, and probation violations.
Clear your record and move forward—experienced Indiana expungement lawyer helping clients seal or remove past criminal convictions.
When parents are not married, a paternity action is necessary to legally establish a father’s rights and responsibilities. I represent both mothers and fathers in paternity cases involving custody, parenting time, and child support, ensuring that orders are fair and consistent with the child’s best interests.
Circumstances often change after a divorce or paternity order is finalized. When income, employment, or parenting situations shift, I assist clients in modifying existing court orders to reflect new realities — or in opposing changes that are not in the child’s best interests.
